This is a technique very alike to an over denture but the dental implants are placed in the most anterior region of the bone. Due to the fact that in the posterior region it is not possible to place dental implants due to the lack of bone. With this type of technique the denture is screw retained, offering maximum comfort and esthetic to the edentulous patients.
